Our Business
Custom Solutions, Inc. is a privately held manufacturing company that specializes in the manufacturing of health & beauty care products and household cleaners. The company was established in 1996 and concentrated primarily on private label and contract manufacturing for the janitorial, carwash, automotive and agricultural segments. In 1997 the company started its own brand of "Value Priced Products" and began with 12 key items. Today C.S.I. is known as a "quality manufacturer" with over 175 products and continues to add products that follow the companies growth strategy.

Growth Strategy
Custom Solutions, Inc. has outlined three major initiatives in an effort to maintain strong growth and develop brand recognition in the retail market. The company believes that through these initiatives it can achieve superior growth and returns. These initiatives include:

1. Quality
C.S.I. believes that quality must come first and we are constantly reinvesting our capital to provide a foundation that will put Custom Solutions, Inc. on the cutting edge of technology and innovation. We have three full-time chemists with over 60 years of experience to ensure product stability and efficiency to meet our customer’s demands. Our Quality Control Inspectors are constantly on the production floor to certify that we are keeping up with our high expectations to meet our rigid S.O.P.’s (Standard Operating Procedures). We are focusing on the future and have expanded our facilities four times in the last 5 years with new machinery and equipment to ensure our product meets the stringent expectations of our customers and the end users markets.

2. Constant Innovation
C.S.I. continues to expand its product lines by updating old labels, introducing new items and being on the cutting edge of new packaging ideas. This strengthens customer relations and builds confidence in us as a leading value priced manufacturer. We have started to incorporate Bi-Lingual labels (English/Spanish) to better serve the international and ever changing North American markets. Custom Solutions, Inc. understands the importance of a professional package and has our own "in-house" staff of graphic artists and designers to keep up with ever changing consumer demands. Customers enjoy the benefit of high gross profits, attractive packaging and Quality Value Brand Products. It solidifies the theory that a quality product will produce repeat sales.

3. Customer Service
C.S.I. prides itself on being the leader for on time deliveries and is able to ship orders in a very timely manner. As the demand for "JIT" (Just in Time) becomes more prominent in our workplace, we strive to maintain the best service in order to grow our business. Custom Solutions, Inc. is one of the ONLY manufacturers that offer the complete line of Household Chemicals and Health & Beauty Aids. Plus we are one of the few manufacturers producing a line of liquids, gels, creams and powdered household products. Our customers benefit from our customer service by having dependable deliveries, lower minimums and "one stop" shopping with our diverse product mix.

Our Locations
Custom Solutions, Inc. maintains 285,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space located in the Blue Springs, Missouri area. C.S.I. also occupies several warehouses throughout the U.S.A. located in California, Phoenix, and Orlando. Custom Solutions, Inc. is located at 4120 NE Port Drive in Lee's Summit, MO 64064
